GRUDGE BOXING MATCH FRIDAY

By Jack McCaffery
CLIFTON HEIGHTS >> Already having matched the famous, the not-so-famous and the infamous in organized fisticuffs, celebrity boxing Friday will enter a new dimension.
Highlighting a card organized and promoted in Delaware County, internet personalities Big Brody and Tyrone will rumble, entertainment style in WXE 11 at the 2300 Arena at the corner of Swanson and Ritner in South Philadelphia.
“Tyrone has been saying things that are disrespectful of women,” said Big Brody, at a press conference at Murray's on Baltimore Pike. “I don't go for that. I am going to show him why. He is going down.”
Tyrone, of Philadelphia, has become a popular internet figure for his outrageous man-and-woman-in-the-street interviews. Brody, of Plainfield, N.J., has enjoyed a robust social-media following. Bitterness between the two has grown.
Eric Vuolo, Eric Kauffeld, Ryan Murphy, Mike Davis, James McClendon, Noel Nunez, Drew O'Neil and Kurt Hodgins have been advertised as undercard participants.
Doors open at 7, first bell at 8. Tickets are available at 2300arena.com.
